Resume an incomplete application or look up an existing one by reference number.

Enter the reference number from your saved application (e.g. OMV-12345678)

Where is my reference number? When you start an application or click “Save & Exit”, a reference number starting with OMV- is automatically generated and shown on screen. You can also find it in your confirmation email.

You can close the browser and return later — just use the reference number above or click “Resume” on any draft card. Note: uploaded documents and photos are not saved between sessions and will need to be re-uploaded when you resume.
